In building any business, if you want to be successful, you will be required to take learn your craft, take responsibility of your business, take massive action and produce results.
With that said, doing anything less than what I mentioned above will only leads you down a road way of failure.
However, just because you are doing all of these things does not mean you have to work like a mad man 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
What I am saying is…
You will want to be able to have a business while having a life so you can free up more time to focus on some of the things in your life that are important to you.
One way to automate your recruiting in your business is by using a blog. Reason being is simple.
Having a blog allows you to answer questions before they are asked, because you are proving information that the prospect is already seeking.
It doesn’t matter whether the main purpose of your blog is to attract customers, recruits new reps , or do a combination of both.
You blog posts be informative, giving the reader information they are already seeking.
Consider what questions you are frequently asked, then write about that subject.
You’ll be providing a wealth of information to your readers, but also save yourself hours of valuable time by not having to constantly respond to the same questions.
One of the most asked questions you may get from prospect is “what comes in your company’s starter kit”.
Writing a blog post about this sharing videos, photos and valuable content will eliminate you answering each persona who ask about it individually.
If ask, now you can just send the prospect to a blog post url that will answer their questions and do all the sorting and recruiting for you.
By now you are probably thinking about questions that you get asked that you can turn into a blog post.
To help you, here are some of the most common questions prospects tend to ask about a business.
Frequently asked questions:
- How much does it cost to join
- Are home parties required
- How do you generate leads
- Can I cancel at anytime
- and the questions go on and on and on…
Are you starting to see how much time you can shave off of your day by eliminating the need to respond to these common questions over and over again?
Answering questions before they are asked saves you time and results in well informed prospect.
If you don’t have a blog yet or additional website to accomplish this goal, you may want to seriously consider setting one up if your company will allow it.
Having this information publicly available to prospects can benefit you in many ways – it shows you are helpful and willing to share information as well as it will save you valuable time.
Also if you do not have a blog or a website, you can still take advantage of this time saving system by writing similar articles or responses to your most commonly asked questions and then saving them into a text file.
This will help you as well because the next time you receive an email asking a common question you can quickly cut and paste the response and move on to other activities which will help build your business.
