Thanks so much for sharing, Shawn. I consider this my word for today. To be a great leader we need to push past our own fears in order to be able to really lead others. Leaders go forward and blaze the path so others can see the way. They are willing to tremble if they must. Just like Freddie said, it starts in the mind and then becomes reality.

This video I can relate to! I get nervous when I speak in front of people and even when I host conference calls but since being a public speaker is something that I always wanted to do, I just have to get nervous and do it. He was right, the anxiety goes away after I start every single time.
